At Mindful Meadows Therapy, I’m passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and are seeking clarity, relief, and hope. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions—and while they’ve tried to manage on their own, they’re ready for support that truly helps them move forward. I specialize in trauma, crisis, anxiety, and depression, using EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to offer practical tools and meaningful healing so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your well-being. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I create a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are honored and your goals guide our work. Together, we’ll move toward healing, balance, and a renewed sense of peace in your everyday life.
